中医药治疗白血病,早已有之,近年来用中医药治疗白血病的研究和临床报导日益增多.但均处在探讨阶段,组方各异,各有千秋.故目前国家尚无公认定型的中医药,大部分医生采用中西医结合的方法,中药只能作辅助治疗,摆脱不了西医化疗的手段.而我们研究的成果,可以达到不输血,不化疗,不做骨髓移植,也能治愈白血病,温大夫应用中药治疗白血病已有15年历史,治疗数千例患者.患者遍及全国29个省市自治区,范围之广加上人力有限,故增加了随访难度.现仅从部分收集到的情况 综合如下:
我们共随(信)访病人83例.其中,女35例,急粒26例,慢粒17例,急淋21例,慢淋11例,急单8例.这些病例中完全缓解51例,大部分症状消失.少部分症状明显减轻,效果不明显者4例,其中在服药时间因停药复发3例,死亡1例.我们随访的原则是(1)
兼顾不同病种,年龄,性别. (2) 随机抽样. 随访办法: (1) 信访 .(2) 走访. 在走访中我们见到不少康复后正在田间劳动的农民;
正在工岗位上的干部, 工人, 第三产业职工, 正在从事科研, 教育,文化体育工作的同志和正在学校学习的学生等.他们精神状态良好,体质同常人一样,见到我们都十分感激.
Follow-up of Cases
The treatment of leukemia with traditional Chinese medicine has existed for a long time and research and clinical report of treatment of leukemia with traditional Chinese medicine increased in recent years. However, they are all in the research stage, the prescriptions are all different, and each of them has some strong points. Thus there has not acknowledged and standard Chinese materia medica, most doctors adopt methods of combining traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine, of which the traditional Chinese medicine is only auxiliary treatment and the chemotherapy of Western medicine still could not be abandoned. Whereas our research achievements could realize the goal of curing leukemia without blood transfusion, chemotherapy or bone marrow transplantation. Doctor Wen has applied traditional Chinese medicine to treat leukemia for 15 years and has cured thousands of patients. The patients are all over the 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and the wide covering range and limit human resources increase the follow-up difficulties. Now we only summarize part of collected information as follows:
We have carried out follow-up (letters and calls) on 83 patients, including 35 female patients, 26 patients of acute granulocytic leukemia, 17 patients of chronic granulocytic leukemia, 21 patients of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, 11 patients of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and 8 patients of acute monocytic leukemia. Conditions of 51 patients have been eased completely, most symptoms disappeared, and a few of symptoms was alleviated obviously; the medicines were not very effective for 4 patients, and 3 of the four had reoccurrence of disease due to drug discontinuance, and the other 1 patient died. Our follow-up principles are:
(1) covering different types of diseases, ages and genders. (2) Random sampling. The follow-up methods: (1) letters and calls (2) paying a visit. During course of visiting, we saw many recovered patients including farmers working in the fields, cadres, workers and employees in tertiary industry being at work, comrades engaging in scientific research, education, culture and sports as well as students studying in schools. All of them are in good mental status, their physiques are as same as normal people, and they appreciate us whenever they see us.
