一 什么是远程会诊？
所谓远程会诊，就是利用电子邮件、网站、信件、电话、传真等现代化通讯工具，为患者完成病历分析、病情诊断进一步确定治疗方案的治疗方式。 50年代初，美国医疗界开始提出医疗服务个性化、人性化和家庭病床化的服务理念，为满足这些医疗服务需求，便诞生了医疗远程会诊服务。远程会诊诞生后，以其方便、快速、准确的服务特点，很快风靡美国医疗界并进一步传向整个欧洲。改革开放之后，我国逐渐开展了远程会诊医疗服务，但因我国医疗界的医生服务意识不高、患者不了解远程会诊的优点，使远程会诊服务一直未得到普及性发展。远程会诊是新型就诊方式，她与邮购的紧密配合，有力的带动了传统治疗方式的改革和进步，为医疗走向区域扩大化、服务国际化提供了坚实的基础和有力的条件，也为完善医疗服务体系、交流医疗服务经验提供了新的准则和工具。
二 远程会诊与传统诊疗方式有什么优势？
1、患者无须亲自跑医院；
2、通过电话、传真或网络传递信息，沟通病情；
3、医生与患者的沟通质量与传统诊疗方式一样，但比传统方式更方便，更快捷，随时可以沟通；
4、医生与医院、会诊医生之间的沟通更方便，更全面，如有必要，可以请世界任何一个医生通过网络会诊；

三 患者如何参加远程会诊？
如果患者尚未在我院咨询和治疗过，想参加我院的远程会诊，可以填写白血病专科病历表，并将各种相关检查、化验单寄给我院白血病专家组，或者登陆我们的网站，直接点击远程会诊QQ号即可与我院的专家组的专家对话，并利用网络的可视功能可与患者做面对面的交流，以便更详细的了解病情，做出正确的诊断，制定最适合的治疗方案。由患者或其家属直接填写电子病历表（包括患者的姓名、详细地址、邮编、电话、电子邮件等联系方式），本电子病历表格是患者参加我们远程会诊的病情依据，知道多少、填写多少。如有不明之处，可打电话：0311-88832685。咨询填写；如有检查单（血常规化验单, 骨髓报告单及B超单）的扫描件，可以发入电子信箱：395405038@qq.com。如果没有扫描仪，可将检查单的详细内容写在留言栏内或把检查单采用书信的方式寄到我院白血病专家组，也可以传真的形式发过来。
四 怎样对患者进行远程会诊？
（1）当我们收到患者的电子邮件和填写的病历表格后，在当日完成病历资料整理，归类，并编号存档。
（2）相关专家阅读病历并检查病历资料是否完整；
（3）对病历资料不够完整者，专家根据患者提供的联系方式同患者或者他人联系，询问并补充缺项资料，确保完全掌握患者的详细病情；
（4）在详细、准确掌握患者的病情后，由医院组织相关专家对患者的病情进行会诊.
五 会诊结果包括：
(1)患者所患疾病的确切诊断；
(2)适合患者的具体的治疗方案；
(3)患者日常生活和饮食中应注意的问题。
（4）会诊完成后，由专业人员给予回复会诊结果；
（5）从接到患者的病历到完成会诊和给予回复会诊结果，我们会在48小时内完成。

Telepathology Consultation
I. What is Telepathology Consultation?
The Telepathology Consultation refers to a treatment method of completing the case history analysis, diagnosis of illness state and determination of therapeutic schedule by using the modern communication methods like e-mail, website, letters, telephone and fax. In early 1950s, the American medical field began to put forward the service philosophy that individuality, humanity and family sickbed orientation of medical service. II. What are advantages of telepathology consultation comparing with the traditional method of diagnosis and treatment?
1. The patient needs not go hospital personally;

3. The communication quality between doctor and patient is as same as the traditional diagnosis and treatment method, but it is more convenient and faster than the latter;

III. How does the patient take part in the telepathology consultation?

Or the patient could enter our website, click the QQ number of telepathology consultation directly to have dialogue with the specialist team, and take advantage of the visualization function of internet to have a face-to-face communication so that the specialist could know better the patient’s condition and make the correct judgment and most proper therapeutic schedule. The electronic form of case history (including name, detailed address, postal code, telephone and e-mail of patient) shall be filled in by the patient or their family. This electronic form is the basis of illness status for patient to take part in our telepathology consultation. The patient shall fill in form with all their knowledge. In case of no scanning copy, the patient could write the detailed contents of the check reports in the message column or send the check reports to leukemia specialist team of our Hospital in form of letter or fax.
IV. How does the doctor carry out telepathology consultation on patient?
(1) We would sort out, classify, number and archive the case history data on the day of receiving the
e-mail and case history form from patient.
(2) The relevant experts read the case history and check whether the case history data is complete;
(3) As for the patient whose case history data is not complete, the experts would contact with the patient or others in accordance with the contact information provided by the patient, inquiring about and supplementing the missing data and ensuring that the detailed case history of the patient is completely obtained.
(4) After knowing well the patient’s conditions in detail and accurately, the hospital would organize relevant experts to carry out consultation.
V. The consultation results include:
(1) Accurate diagnosis of disease of patient;
(2) The specific therapeutic schedule suitable for patient;
(3) The matters the patient should pay attention to in daily life and diet.
(4) The consultation results would be replied by professionals after completion of consultation;
(5) We would complete the consultation and reply of consultation results after receipt of case history of
